Halima Abbey

Halima Abbey is a woman on a mission  blending her love for beauty with a powerful drive to protect the planet.

A seasoned finance professional with an MBA who has worked for many years helping companies with accounting and finance. But beyond the numbers, she carries a deep passion for women empowerment, sustainability, and the kind of change that leaves a lasting impact.

Her journey into pageantry wasn’t just about crowns and cameras, it was about confidence, purpose, and voice. Having participated and won beauty pageants herself, Halima knows first hand how powerful the platform can be when used right. That’s why she created  “The Green Queen” a pageant that gives young women not just a stage, but a purpose.

With a strong foundation in finance and a heart rooted in social impact, Halima understands how to turn big ideas into real, practical solutions. Her ability to balance vision and structure is helping the Halima Abbey Foundation grow into a bold movement, one that is raising climate change awareness, equipping young women, and inspiring communities across Africa.

Her goal is simple: to help more girls grow into women who care,  can lead and are commited to building a greener, fairer, and more beautiful world
